Private sellers..... Exposed

Hi everyone. Is there a way to get to see the recent transaction by private sellers (for example by knowing who bought from them recently)???
Some do have good stuff at reasonable prices but I am always put off from bidding due to the feel that they have something to hide.

Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????

Do you mean private sellers, or sellers with private feedback? If you're talking about private feedback, I believe goofbay.co.uk has a facility to do this, although I have never used it.
If you want to see items a private seller has sold, you can choose completed listings and it should come up.0 -
Aye, as jenniferpa says, goofbay are good:
here is the direct link:
http://www.goofbay.co.uk/tools.html
(under Private Feedback Checker (Enter User ID) )
Is the direct link0 -
Thanks for that but goofbay is not showing anything useful. It is just (when it is working) giving stats about eBayer's feedback that are already available from ebay but nothing about the items sold or the actual feedback.Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????0

Have your tried: 1)finding the specific seller on ebay 2) on the left selecting completed items and then clicking the item numbers that come up? When I do this I get what I think you are looking for. Do you want to give a sample seller id so I could check this?

or try this:
http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQtZvbQQsofindtypeZ2
(advanced search, items by seller)
tick "show completed listings" and it should give you all teh items they have sold in the past 30 days.
you can also do the same for things they have bid on on the "items by bidder" search0 -
Thanks all for your replies. Very useful that I can now see what the transactions were. Brilliant forum.Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????0
