Safe Savings account with high yield?

I am seeking a bank savings account (online?) that is safe, offers a high yield, and is accessible. I live in the US. Can anyone refer to a financial institution that offers such a savings account? If more information is needed, I will respond immediately;)

Thank you for the link to the Bank of America, but I have an account with this bank and seek a better rate. And is it not wise not have all eggs in the same basket?:eek:
I found a bank called EverBank that is offering a 3.2% apr (Intro). Do you, or anyone, here know of such a bank?
Can anyone recommend another "savings online" bank?
