I think it was a mixture of
1) first agent was dreadful. Although they had excellent web presence they didn't respond to enquiries took rubbish photos and lots more beside.
2) I used Savills and they are worldwide (although paid a premium for doing so). They get 93% of their custom from the internet so I don't think they acively target a particular market
3) My house is correctly priced and of course gorgeous!
4) Used the help of the fab people on this forum (licky bum bum yeah)Smile though your bank is breaking:)0 -
