missed congestion charge penalty
Hi,
I need your help.
A friend of mine was issued a congestion charge penalty note (London) when he was abroad, therefore he missed the 1st payment and he has to pay £120. :eek: He has made a representation which was declined and now he needs to make an appeal apparently.
Anyone has experienced the same and was lucky enough to get the payment reduced to £60?
Any advice is welcome.
