Finished one room and got some bits done in the others

Tuesday ~ Living room, Hall and Stairs
Level One
Declutter the floors.. [STRIKE]make the stairs safe and the hall clear
[/STRIKE]Vacuum said floors.. and up the stairs.. it looks so much better when you have clear stairs
Level Two
Wipe the sofas
Wipe the paintwork.. inc. the inside and out of the front door
Level Three
Clear all the paperwork into a box or bag, clearing those cluttered surfaces
15 minutes filing.. from above box/bag if you just filled one! Elsewhere if you didn't!
Dust and deweb those corners and mantel
[STRIKE]Polish the glass and mirrors
[/STRIKE]Extras

1. Wipe the hand rails, banisters and spindles
2. Update spreadsheets.. end of month so a lot of you will be being paid.. but we all have more than one!
3. [STRIKE]We need to start running down our cupboards to make room for christmas bits so make a cupboard inventory and incorporate what you can into your meal plan for the month![/STRIKE] We only ever buy what we need so I don't need to run the cupboards down as the only extra things are the tins of beans etc

Wednesday~ Master bedroom and landing
Level One
remake bed before you need to get in it!
Level Two DONE

Scrub all things grotty.. ath, loo, basins mouse, keyboard etc
Level Two
Shine those tiles.. grout.. bleach & his good friend ... toothbrush! Actually.. while the bleach is out.. do those manky pullcords!
Polish all shiny things.. taps, etc
Vacuum/mop floors
Level Three
Dust and deweb
15 minutes filing.. and also some shredding.. see if you can declutter the desk!

Have been reading various decluterring/organised home posts/websites over last few weeks and came across this thread. Can I join it please Pigpen as I'm in need of a hand to get organised.

I start doing one job and then find something else and get distracted, so things don't always get finished!!

Done 3 rooms so far this week, only have to clean out the fridge too get my Monday star, will either do it today or tomorrow, the bairns keep their own room tidy (they even do the dusting - they like to clean), so all I really need to do is bedding but I will work on my extra list.
