Weekly Flylady Thread 28th September 2009

Had to do a quick clean of the oven...I had forgotten about the oven cleaner I put on earlier the old one said to leave on up to 2 hours, this one says 30mins...I read that 2 hours later It is still getting there. I am going to use mum's steamer at some point this week to try and get it like new. I managed the base the other week and for some reason I can't get it back to that, I think the answer is to never eat Roast Chicken.

Going to take the washing upstairs now

Morning you lovely lot... I am feeling rather chirpy today so fingers crossed i might get some stars this week, and not keep disappearing hehe.

I gave the kitchen a bit of a going over at the weekend so todays list shouldnt take me to long, however I do want to get all the cupboards cleaned out and rearranged but will do that in bits over the week I think.

things are all back to normal now after the school hols, DS1 back in school, DS2 started nursery so he is going into a proper routine now, and I am back at my courses.
Am doing courses every morning, except a Tuesday, and on a wednesday and thursday afternoon, so not alot of time for flying but i will find a way hehe.

Off to start on todays list, then going to make my own little listy of stuff I want to get done.

Just having lunch.

Been forcing myself to do more cupboards and drawers - after each one I tell myself just one more, only one drawer left now. Undersink cupboard could also do with a clear out but I think I'll do that next Monday.

Hoping an hour will see the kitchen finished and the jam on, just found my jam funnel!

11:15 HHC lasted till 12:10.... <sigh> ... and I haven't yet started today's list, though we did quite a bit yesterday....

Quick cuppa, then a TQHC (Three quarters of an hour?) cleaning blitz round the kitchen till lunch, starting 12:30.

just had lunch well toast and coffee dog walked over clean kitchen floor!! it isnt clean very often

just going for another hhc and organise dd2 room ready to put up rest of lining paper and clean up ready for undercoat and glossing

just going to finish wrapping ebay sales

ive been working that much I havent done any proper cleaning for a while. Im off work now so have time to do my mad rush round cleaning as I have till Wednesday morning to get every room in the house looking reasonable as I am off to Germany to celebrate my 30 plus 10 birthday :beer:and have my Mum and my aunt coming to look after the rugrats till Monday!!! The kitchen is a complete and utter disaster looks like a bomb has gone off in it! Why oh why do I always leave things till the last minute
