your kids/grandkids escapades - what made you laugh?

I picked up the granddaughters (girl twins, identicals aged 5) today to visit thier greatgran. thier mum told me that they had walked in earlier that day each carrying one of the neighbours chickens......she made them take them back as you do. I was telling my mum they were chickennapping today and asked C to tell gran about it. she had me bent double laughing when she said her and K went into neighbours and chose fave chickens (they help with chickens most days) then they took chickens down the park and gave them rides on the swings the slide and the roundabout!!!! oh and K lost her chicken once but she caught it again and had another go on slide! the park is right in middle of their estate and i cant help wondering what the people thought in the houses overlooking it. would love to hear what your kids and grandkids have been up to!:D

I was telling DD1 (4) off about the state of her bedroom the other day and i told her i was going to put all her toys in the bin if she didnt put them away when she had finished with them, she looked at me ever so innocently and said 'Mummy you cant put them in the bin you need to put them on freecycle' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My DD approached me the other day with a pair of trousers and said:

'i don't like these any more mummy so you can put them on Ebay'

My daughter gathered up a bag of her old toys and told me she was off to a car boot!!! Oh dear, do you think we are taking this MSE too far? lol
