From browser... TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > DELETE COOKIES

Did that but when going through the link it just says my basket is empty and no voucher ?????

Close your browser

open it again

Click the original link in post 1 to get to the email bit

then on that screen clear your cookies

then type your email and submit

when the email arrives either go to the website as normal (https://www.figsleaves.com) or click the link in the email

then after you have purchased repeat...but dont go overboard!

Thanks, will give that a try, and no I won't go overboard, just ordered one for me and one for my daughter and hopefully she will get her undies

I completed one order in my name, then clear cookies etc and tried the email i had done on my misses email but that wouldn't work? the 10% discount worked and a £10 voucher for a cocked up order she had worked but not the £20 link?
