Yes loans- data protection

Can someone help me out with a good contact for the following.
My som who is a wee bit daft due to being in love phoned up 'YES LOANS' for a quote he very stupidly gave them his debit card number and was told that they would quote him if the quote went ahead he would be charged :mad:£69.50 he got the quote but did not go ahead as he thought it was too much. He thought they were a normal loan company with morals and ethics. he ended the call and thought no more of it until he got a balance for his bank account that evening, money was going out. He phoned me and told me what he had done, I asked for phone number and phoned them up.Asking for t&c of charges a VERY :mad:COCKY young man informed me if I was lucky enough to get one of their loans these would be fully expained as their T&C ran to many pages. I then came clean and explained that i was calling on behalf of my son who had called earlier. The upshot of this is I told him my sons DOB AND NAMEhe gave me the reference no the ammount that he had be declined his address and also assured me no charges would be made in fact he told me thats what it said on my sons application that he had up on the screen. I believe they have broken section 42 of the data protection act, I would really like help in getting my sons money back but to also let them know what they have done.As we all know writing to customer services does not work does anyone have the CEO EMAIL OR ADDRESS. Any help in composing the letter would also be great.
