No its not possible the/any programme has to be installed.
Try Open Office which is a free download.

Don't know of any recommended Publisher downloads.

As penrhyn says, there is no easy way to move an installed program to another computer. If you have the licence key, you may be able to borrow a disk from someone with the same version, and install using your key and their disk.
It's the number that matters for licencing, not the disk.

I have finally found the disk but can't get it to load but I do have the licencing code, is there anywhere to download powerpoint 2003 from?

What do you mean by 'I can't get it to load'?

You can find out what licence key you typed in when first you installed Office via a number of programs, Belarc Advisor (right down the bottom), ProduKey, and so on...

It doesn't recognise the disk at all, the disk won't load.

Does your old computer read the disc?
