I remember when houses were homes, not investments.
Great kitchen (not), tops too shallow to take washing machine, there seems to be another one in the corner that you wouldn't be able to open the door on and it's really scruffy.
For conservatory read "lean to"0 -

go tidy and clean your house properly, get rid of ALL clutter, take new photos of all rooms (based on the kitchen i would not even WANT to go inside the rest of the house - it is cluttered, untidy, small, cramped, and i suspect - possibly unfairly - that the rest of the house will be the same)
when looking on sites like rightmove - if there are no photos of the rooms that are important like the lounge and bedroom i always thing "they must be mankey"
