nPower Website Sign Up Error
Options
Hi Everyone,
I'm a final year Business & ICT student, so I'm really scared that I'm being stupid and not understanding this web form correctly.
Currently I have no mobile phone and need to set up a new account with nPower;
https://www.npower.com/At_home/forms/homemover/Homemover_Step2.aspx
I get to step 2, and just tick electricity as for what I'm supplied with, and whenever I click continue, it tells me to select at least one type. (Which I have).. I'm not sure why it's not letting me continue, but at the moment I can't call them for a few days and therefore need to do it online.
A company like nPower I'm sure cannot have such a basic problem as poor coding on such an important form as a new account, therefore I'm blaming my own sunday blondeness? It's really quick to make a fake account to see if it works for you, but basically I just wondered if anyone knew how to get around this?
Thanks

Last year when I signed up to npower I discovered that their website is very poor and I used the review procedure at the end of the session to explain why , the many deficiencies included muddles over the definition of the account number , inadequate parsing of fields on entry and some sort of obscure messaging (or pop ups) which causes the download transfer process to hang . My advice is that if you do go with them avoid the 'sculpting' tariffs like the plague .0
