How do I get a dialler?

I have only just discovered that the Orchid dialler exists but, from what I can tell, Orchid is no making them. Is this correct? If so, is there any source of second-hand diallers or are there any similar devices? I'm looking for something that will dial different prefixes at different times of the week. Any help anyone can give me would be very much appreciated.
