Store4.com, won't reply to me

This is a vent, but all advice really appreciated.
I ordered a DVD from Store4.com way back in August, and surfice to say, it should have been delivered by now.
I sent a chasing email one month on. No reply.
The money was taken immediately, so sent another email asking for the DVD or a refund. No reply.
I am now sending them an email everyday with the trail of emails attached, but, to every address: No reply.
They have no contact number, and registered offices in The US, and Jersey......... What can I do? They also have my card details,as they took my payment.....
Any advice please....... oh, and don't use them!!!!
