    The community boards are suggesting this is being sent to Ebay.uk users as an encouragement to think about listing on .com.

    I've recieved this message also, had the ebay account maybe 2 years.

    Read - First 5 free.. which I took as meaning first 5 listings free..

    So I listed... wasnt free :mad:

    I'm definatly registered as a co.uk member, might email ebay and see if they'll refund me.

    There is nothing to stop you asking but since this only applies to listings made on the American ebays I can't see why they would refund you. It is also not a new offer to get the first 5 free, that is an existing US and Canadian offer so you misread that bit as well.

    Well it was worth asking, had a reply, no refund ( as expected really )

    Although Ebay have removed the message from my inbox, and I cant find it elsewhere now to read if there was any t&c's on it.

    Ah well, I needed to get stuff listed anyway :rotfl:
