  • If you don't want to miss any mail you need to sort it ASAP because RM require 5 working days to set the redirection up :D
  • Thanks for your helpful responses, however I've lived here for a year, same as my BF, we're on the electoral roll, and it was my debit card that I used to try and make the payment which is registered at this address... I think I'm going to have to TRY and leave work early tomorrow to do it at the post office, need to be organised though and take the forms of ID to work. I really wanted to do it online to take advantage of that box of stuff offer!

    I just tried the online mail redirection and got to the point of trying to pay. It told me 'Sorry, your request could not be processed. Please try again later or contact Customer Services on...'

    I called customer services, and after a lot of options on the 0845 number got to someone who told me the website was probably overloaded and try again later... or I could pay £7.50 to do it over the phone!
