asda credit card need some advice plz

hi my partner applied for asda credit card on the 19th of august and he still hasnt received a card we have rang them near enough every day they have cancelled one we have had 2 sets of pins numbers but not card they said they sent one out on the 9th sept but still not had it and after speaking to them they said just wait but its just getting ridiculous we have asked to speak to a manager but they are never available and they say they will call back but dont, another thing is when we applied we had offer of 3 months 0% on purcases and that from date that you sign which was on the 19th aug not the card hasnt arrived so we have missed out on a month already and they are not willing to do anything about it,

any help or advice would be appreciated

it might not be them, it could be in the postal strike backlog

i know it just seems strange to happen twice and we received the pin numbers ok, thanks anyway looks like i will just have to on at them

I would imagine that Pins and cards would be sent from different locations for security reasons.
Imagine what would happen if a batch of cards and numbers were stolen!
