Patio awning bracket

Does anyone out there know where I can get a bracket for a retractable Patio Awning (like the ones they sell in ARgos) as we have been given one but it has bracket missing. Have tried various awning suppliers but they don't want to know...........and I don't want it falling on my husband whilst he is relaxing in the garden!

Can you contact the manufacturer ?
They should have spares available.

Unfortunately we don't know who the manufacturer is, have checked the awning no names etc on it at all, it was purchased for us from E bay........hence the problem of not knowing where to go for spares :wall:
Think I may resort to an umbrella when the sun comes out!

Must admit I did think of that (having done it with other items before ) but what put me off is its delivery only.......still I spose as a last resort it may be condsidered.
