Not sure if here is the best place to post, or on the grabbit board. I just got one of these:

You can find a slightly slower 1GB SD card for £13 here:

I'm pretty sure these prices can't be beat. If you can beat them, I'm happy to hear about it!

For the people reading the thread about inflated post and packing charges the first link (above) is a good example...£7 for a small card sent from the US.

Still worth it though, about 5 X cheaper than UK high st stores. Some 1gb cards ive seen go for aorung £80.
btw can these be used in mobiles as well? or this for digi cameras only?
Thanks,

Have a look at 7dayshop.com. They have keen prices on SD cards (and others). If you buy via Quidco, you also get cashback

It's worth bearing in mind there are an increasing number of fake memory cards around now, which might explain some of the cheaper deals.
I currently subscribe to the following philosophy, which has never let me down:
Use Sandisk
Avoid Fujifilm like the plague. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
YOU ARE CORRECT. I am buying a 512mb Sandisk mem card off my friend, I tried it out and theres a major difference in speed!
Maybe eBay ones are worth it for the money im not sure, I don't have knowledge in that area, but Sandisk is really good.
Considering there are lots n lots of fake son eBay i would steer well clear.0 -
on the ebay q and a board there were a lot of reports of fake sandisk memory cards over the last week or so. The advice was to call up Sandisk on receipt, and they would be able to confirm if the card was genuine from the serial number on it.
Hopefully useful to someone.0
