Spend time getting a decorator and spend money or sell?
It's a no brainer for me. Someone buying might want to spend money differently to you anyway.0 -
So let me get this right, you put the house on for way over what the Agents valued the property at, you have recieved an offer very early on, prior to the hassle and expense of having to do redecoration works. The price you have been offered is in excess of peak 2007 price, from a buyer that is willing and able to complete. What is there to think about? Snap their blinkin hands off.......... or have I misunderstood? You may never get another offer anywhere near it?Pawpurrs x0

snap their hand off... offer of about £300k when you were advised to only seek £280 - £310... i make that only 3% off reasonable asking price at worst, and 7% above value at best!
At the end of the day, you could have banged in an asking price of £400k and claim the offer id 25% wide of the mark...
Sell... you know it makes sense :-)0
