Hi All
I bought a pc from pc world on buy now pay 3 months but as i suspect a lot of people do i forgot about it and didn’t realise till it was to late so now I’m on interest payment monthly direct debit.
My question is should i have been sent a reminder as i have had no correspondents from them at all.
or is it simply my fault and should swollow the pill,,

unfortunately yes, if you check the original paperwork it will have stipulated the time periods for repayment.====0 -
I don't recall us ever having a buy now pay 3 months later (though I don't work in PCW).
Are you sure you're not on the 6 month interest free? You do pay during that period (and when I did it, it was almost a couple of months before the first payment came out)Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
PC World have only done a 6 or 12 month recently.
