I am travelling to Japan on holiday at the end of October and would like to know what's the best way to pay when I am out there. I was thinking of taking some cash from the UK (pre-order and collect at airport) and using my credit card when I am there. However from reading the various discussions, I am completely confused as to what is the best payment methods to use. Any advice?

Most CC charge when you use them abroad, Post Office credit card is free to use on any purchases abroad and you get a great range of exchange....
Be wary of airports and currency, you are likely to get charged a high rate of commission. Again the PO is 0% commission and should have it in stock.Slimming World Member - Started 05/02/150
