Am I the only person who haing spent heavily on the card, still cannot get any points credited to her card...because of a technical hitch. I have been batted back and forht between mbna and play, promised phone calls and you've guessed it...! nothing?

I've been getting all my points no problem. But haven't received the 1500 sign up bonus which I've contacted them about today.

I got my £15 bonus promptly and have had another £5 since too.

No problems for me - got the £15 in bonus point issued swiftly after hitting the spending target.

Hmmm, I wonder if my £15 got messed up because my card got cloned 10 days in, so it had to be cancelled and a new one issued. Not heard back from them yet. Will try phoning tomorrow I think.

Have successfully claimed (and spent already!) £10 worth of points today.
