Greasy palm being greasy????

I have used greasy palm previously and not had a problem...my last 4 transactions totting up to 125.00 cashback have not been honoured because they say the retailer is saying i have not used there link through gp????

Gp have checked my settings and said everything worked fine and suggested clearing cookies which mine automatically does every day. They are saying they do not have a complaints procedure to follow so i have joined 4 things that have cost me more by using them because of the lack of cash back....

better off sticking with company like topcashback BUT AVOID quidco at all cost coz they are fricking crap

I too have an outstanding amount from GP. I have to wait a few months to raise a support ticket. If they do not deal with it,i will issue proceedings to recover the amount.
