Do you manage to save from your wages/salary per month?
I'm managing £200 per month which is just over 16% of my take home pay, is this good?
what about you??

My take home is £1228 and I save around £450-£500 of it.0

16% inst bad - it depends what you can afford. I think you should save comfortably. I think of saving as buying an income.
I tend to aim for 20 - 25%. I think repaying debt (other than student loan) should be also included. I'm undecided as whether pension should be included and whether the employers contribution should be included.
It depends what you intend to do with your savings as to how "intensive" you save.0 -
There is a (how much can you save) sticky thread at the top of this forum.
For me so far this tax year its been between £1500 and £1600 pm which at 43 is the most i've ever been able to regularly save.0
