As it also states, before the numbered Terms and Conditions :

Please make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions below before entering our competitions. This competition is open to enter from 26 September - 30 October 2009.

I would suggest that the mention of January 31st 2009, at point 5 of the Terms & Conditions, is their error

The end date was a guess, so it looks like it's ended. There's another competition on the site now, to win tickets to the premier of Christmas Carol - I've pressed 'Expired' on this one and posted the other.
