bathroom - advice please shower cubicle

Hi
Looking for some advice please.

At present my bathroom suite is toilet, sink and bath (with shower over it) situated in a row from left to right. I am looking to change my bath to a shower cubicle but would like to do this with minimum disruption! I only have 75cm wide where the bath is and can have it as long as need be but am unsure if cubicles are available in such sizes. I was also hoping to be able to get tiles the same as I have to do the area where the bath was. I assume that if I have to have the cubicle on the other side, or have to move the sink that I would pretty much need to retile the whole room again - am I right in thinking this?

Any advice appreciated - many thanks
