Hmmmm...well according to 99% of posters on the house price crash forum the prices in NI are still falling and according to http://www.treesdontgrowtothesky.com/search/search.php?searchterm=Derry&period=9999 prices in my area are falling

It's well known that prices in Northern Island rose about 50% in the year before the crash so they are more likely to have the mother of all price crashes:o
