I'm not sure about the daily searches, you'll have to look around on the site - I'm rubbish with these things

I have no idea why anyone would pay for MRScashback, when quidco offer the same rates for the £5 admin fee. I have been with quidco for 6 months, and I have received £200 cashback already!
I suppose if people don't know the internet very well, and don't know about forums like this, they might sign up to mrscashback without hesitation, as they don't know any better!
The yearly fee they charge is scandalous!!!0 -
Hi
I registered with Mrscashback in September last year. I paid the £30 despite some initial scepticism (yes, yes I know - but I hadn't heard of quidco etc then - I was a cashback newbie).
Anyway, they were OK and paid pretty promptly. Although there was a £3 charge for withdrawals they usually sent an email survey instead and if you replied to that it was waived. So I was pretty happy and I made about £500.
However, I've been trying to withdraw my current earning since the beginning of July with no joy. The 'contact us' forms don't work, they just redirect to an error message. I managed to find a support email address and sent them an email but they haven't replied to that. My page just shows 'Your withdrawal is being processed'.
I haven't had any previous problems and other payments have been extremely prompt - I just wondered if anyone else was having any problems? I can't help but wonder if it's because my annual fee will be coming up next year and they are just hanging on to the cash to force me to renew. If so, it just seems like a complete scam.
Thanks
MandarinDuck
PS. Also have Quidco account now!0 -
You only need to pay the £29.95 if you go for the Gold membership. I haven't, but I've nearly earned my £30 (the minimum required to claim) and I will have to pay £3 "admin fee" but basically it I will get £27 cahsback for stuff I was going to buy anyway. There does seem to be some problem with their site at the moment, but for some reason when I googled it, I got to the log on page and all was OK.I have been emailed details of a new cashback site, mrscashback.com, which has the advantage that you can download software which means that when you visit a site where you can earn cashback, you get a pop up to remind you that you can earn cashback through mrscashback.com. This would definitely be an asset to me as I often forget to check with the different cashback sites whether the relevant retailer is on their lists. The downside is, however, that when you click to register with them, unless you have an "activation code" you need to purchase membership of the site for £29.95!! This I am not prepared to do, so I wondered if anyone had an activation code they could let me have as presumably this allows you to register for free.0

Sigh, Mrs Cashback is free unless you go for "gold" membership, you still pnly pay £3 to claim your money which is actually £2 less than quidco.yeah, but £5 is a hell of a lot less than the stupid mrscashback rip off.
You'd need to be seriously stupid to favour mrscashback over quidco or tcb.
Each to their own stupidity more like.0 -
there are so many better cashback sites than mrscashback.
topcashback.co.uk is as good if not better than quidco for some deals.
rpoints is also free, lower cashback than quidco, but better cashback than mrscashback..
greasypalm is also good.
for me mrscashback doesnt offer anything that i cant get elsewhere for less, or in other words, i can get more back for less through other sites.Sorry but please keep your signature to 4 lines in length - MSE Forum Team 20 -
Hi
Yes when you try to go to the site you get a loans page instead but you can get to it from google searches or www.mrscashback.com/my_account.asp for those who still need access to their accounts.
I had an email saying my cheque was on the way (finally) but I'm not holding my breath. Even though they've been good in the past and I've made a lot of money (even after my £30 fee), this is just a bit too worrying.
Thanks
PS. Mrscashback might be free if you don't take Gold membership but cashback is greatly reduced and more on the lines of Greasypalm's percentages. I agree Quidco offers a much more reasonable system, even with the £5 fee.0 -
Top cashback is free and they pay 100% just like Quidco does but you don't have to pay £5 annuallymandarinduck wrote: »I agree Quidco offers a much more reasonable system, even with the £5 fee.0
