Hello everyone
New here.
Quick question. I'm 17 years old, and currently have a cardcash account with Halifax. Can I open a savings account even though I'm not yet 18? And if so, which one would you recommend? I'm new to all this, and getting confused by all the different percentages flying round
Thanks

Hello and welcome.
I would start early and get your ISA allowance in! You can open a cash ISA at 16.
Do you have a lump sump to invest or looking to add to it regularly?
I'd go for an easy access ISA something like this:

Aim for 2.5% + on an easy access ISA.
You'll need to keep transferring to get the best deal.0 -
Thanks for the reply!
So cash ISA it is then! I am looking to add to it monthly.0
