technika tt-07 playing havock with wireless internet

Hi,

I just got a technika tt-07 wireless receiver sender kit to run my sky in another room but its playing havock with my wireless internet, ive tried it on all the different channels but still interferes. Is there anything i can do to prevent this? im currently using a BT voyager modem/router but also have a dynamode one which you seem to be able to set the wireless ranges on it ( RTS? ).

Any ideas anyone?

Cheers

  • Try changing the channels on the router as well as the tt-07.

If when you turn off the Technika the wireless internet works,
and if when you turn off the wireless internet the Technika works
then there's your answer - you can't run them both at once.

The obvious thing is to change channels, and you've done that.
Can you reduce the power of the Voyager and/or the Teknika, and see if that makes things any better? I'm pretty certain you can do that with the Voyager (at least one of the models).

Otherwise you may have to choose between what you use at any particular time...
