Buying on Pink Sheets/OTC/TSE

Hi,
Can anyone advise a good sharedealing site that you can buys shares on the pinksheets/OTC markets in the US and the Toronto stock Exchange.
M y BoS sharedealing acount doesn't trade on those markets and I've tried e Trade but they have suspended opening any new US trading accounts.
Tired of missing out on a couple of stocks which have doubled within weeks of me trying to get on board. :mad:
