Hi guys,
I want to move my landline from BT - poor customer service mainly - and this needs to be done in September so only have a few days left. I have been away and been ill this month hence only getting round to it now!
We don't make international calls, but do call mobiles. I want to keep the free w/e and evening calls.
After reading the website advice I was thinking of goin with Primus and the 18185 mobile calling option. However I have never heard of Primus so am a bit nervous of signing up with them. Has anyone else signed up with them? How is their customer service?
Thank you for reading!

Better the deviil you know.
I used to strongly recommend Primus Saver and Primus's Penny Mobile 2 CPS calls plans but don't now as a result of (IMHO) the dire performance of their CS since they 'offshored' it.
Please click on the HERE link in my signature below.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
