I have an issue about a invoice from the above. Is it worth bothering complaining to RICS. In the past complaining to bodies has got me nowhere, they seem more interested in there members than us!

I know what you mean about these bodies seeming to be more interested in their members. My only comparison when I was MAEA, MICBA I did have a few comaplaints made against me/firm and believe me the compliance department did hit me very hard. The really annoying thing was not one of the complaints was justifibale but I never had apology from complainent or professional bodies.
So if I were you go for it.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. In latter part of career specialising in commercial - mostly business sales.0
