Avast pop-up says: "Trojan horse", what to do next?

A pop-up saying this came up whilst browsing. I think it said that basically it was dealt with. I've looked at the Web Shield, and the "infected count" says 1 and the "last infected" lists the offending website.
Do I need to do anything like delete it, if I can? Any good advice appreciated.

You can delete it if you want . Go to the virus vault and get rid of it0

If Avast! has detected something and told you it's dealt with it, then you need do nothing more. I'm not especially familiar with Avast! but generally if virus killers say they've found something (and unless they're asking for your advice on what to do about a tricky situation where a virus has infected part of a file, and removing it could mean damaging the file) it means they've already moved the offending file to a safe area.0

Gone to the virus chest and looked at the infected files and its blank. But on the on-access scanner the infection is listed
. Maybe it was caught before it took hold?

If it was an on-access scanner then that implies Avast! caught something from an incoming source (like a webpage, an email or a newly downloaded program) and blocked it before it could do anything. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Do a full scan sometime for peace of mind.0

To update this morning: looked at the On access scanner and Web Shield has infected count as "0", so do I assume the fabulous? Avast has dealt with the threat?
I may sound really stupid now but if Avast is constantly scanning for "nasties" as soon as you turn on your computer do you need to manually do a full scan?0 -

It's a good idea to do one now and again.0
