openoffice spreadsheet - how to fix a row

in Techie Stuff
i want to be able to fix a row, which has the titles for all the content of a spreadsheet, so that when you scroll down you can still see the column headings. i've done this before in excel a long time ago but cant find a way of doing it in openoffice calc. does anyone know?
