Never normally have problems but tonight cannot get on the website. All other websites fine so not my pc.

I can't. Tried earlier and the site wasn't responding then either. For the technically-minded, DNS resolution is fine but HTTP requests and pings all timeout without response. Looks like topcashback is having problems.0

Hi,
Sorry about the current outage which occurred 8.40pm - 21.40 and has also an outage currently from 22.35. This is a problem at our hosting company .. who are usually very reliable and rated as one the best in the UK. Unfortunately they're currently having problems with a Cisco router. They have on-site Cisco engineers looking into the problem so hopefully this will be resolved shortly and we will revert to a reliable service. We will also be chasing up with them what will be put in place to prevent future ocurrences.
