Itunes Gift Card Help

I bought an Itunes gift card at the beginning of last month from Clinton Cards and i've just come to use it today, i've scratched the panel off but some of the numbers under the panel have scratched off as well.

Where do I stand at getting it changed?

I know this is a dodgy area as I could have redeemed the card and try to take it back to get another one which i'm sure many people have tried before.

Also the other card be bought at the same time hasn't been activated, again this was on the 21st August and we no longer have the receipt. Is there anything I can do or have I just lost my money?

I paid on Visa debit card so have the transaction on my bank statement but it doesn't say what I bought.

I believe for the one where the numbers have scratched off, you should contact itunes support who will advise you what to do.

I'm not sure what you want to do with the second, but the cards are non-refundable.

I contacted Itunes who said they need to see a scanned or faxed copy of the receipt. I have just spoken to the Clinton cards branch who luckily remembered me even though the member of staff who served me isn't there and it appears they are giving me 2 replacement active cards, or that's what I understood the conversation to be.

Clintons replaced both cards, it turns out that they realised after I had left the shop they hadn't activated them so they put 2 active ones in the safe just in case I went back... Well done Clintons and thanks to Apple for their help.
