shop4online.co.uk/roughguides advertised through The Guardian have overcharged me

I ordered a 'free' Rough Travel Guide (for £2.15 P&P) as printed in The Guardian paper from shop4online.co.uk/roughguides
After the order I got an email confirming the order, saying it would be dispatched within 28 days. After not getting anything after 40 days I contacted them and was told they had a very small amount of stock available and would make sure that my order was sent from that stock. They then instantly charged the full price for the book, not the offer price of just P&P, to my card as well the P&P charge. :mad:
