Won tickets for this weekends event with My Brum TV, they've not arrived and have had no response to my email - I'll take it I'm not havng the girlie day out tomorrow that I've been looking forward to

Maybe I'm being too hasty & my angel of a postman will deliver them in the morning (yeah right.......).

There's a phone number on their site, ring them, they might be able to meet you or leave the tickets there.

Hi Keefcat,if its any help I won tickets to see Jet with mybrumtv 2 weeks ago,I didnt receive any tickets because I was put on the guest list. You should be able to just turn up and give your name and allowed entrance.....Hopefully. good luck baggie28

You need to email them because you may be on a guest list or maybe you have to collect the tickets at the event.
I won a prize on this website a while back and it was sent out immediately.

Thanks for all your advice, I've just come back home & checked my emails, no response, called and the guy who emailled me is in a meeting (:rolleyes:). I've left my details but no call back as of yet.

Have a full day out planned with some friends tomorrow so I'll have to pay for tickets, I will check if they are being held for me just in case, I won some last year through the Times and had to pick them up on the day but a bit of feedback would have been nice !!
