Vokera Boiler just stopped working - no power

Hi all,
hope somebody can help me here sort out my problem. My 2 yr 9 month old vokera boiler that i have has just suddenly died.
I have checked the fuse box that the boiler's cables are linked to, but it's not lighted. I tried to change the 3 amp fuse, but still not working. i do not see any burnt wires or something. I tried to reset the power from the main elec. switch, but still, no power. It's already out of warranty so i am charged at £50 per hr by the bloke who installed it.
anyone know what might be the problem?
thanks in advance
