keep your heating and hot water on all the time, to only switch it on when you need it or is there not really much difference?

Also, i had a statement from Hydro electric telling me im in credit and that they would add t to my next statement but i am no longer with them. How do i go about getting this money back?
It is only £7 but every bit helps.

Sorry if there are any similar threads, i looked but couldnt find anything.

This subject has been done to death on here, consensus is, cheaper to turn it on when you want it & not leave it on all time

I would write to Hydro [not phone] and ask for your money back
