Duplicate e-mails

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help explain why we seem to be getting duplicate copies of our e-mails. We are receiving at least 3 copies of each e-mail, and sometimes even more than this.

This is happening in both our Outlook folder and when we log into our Yahoo Mail.

Thank you

if you dont delete them from the server when you download them,it can download them again, each time you access the server that day.
You can probably mark them as read if already downloaded or just delete on server

You can make Outlook Express delete files from the server by clicking on tools

    then accounts

    then finding your email account

    then click properties

    then go to advanced

then untick "leave a copy of message on server"

Click Apply and Ok then your done
