If the landlord "gets" funny with you? How could that possibly make your current landlord/tenant situation worse?
You should report the repairs in writing (if you haven't done so) and contact the council's private sector tenancy.
Speak to Shelter about your rights to be rehoused with council.0 -

If the landlord evicts you for non-payment of rent you you may end up with a CCJ which will affect your credit rating for six years after it is settled (paid in full). You will fail credit checks with other letting agents if you have a CCJ.
Set all the issues down in writing, sent recorded delivery, and if you don't get a response go to the Environmental Health. If the house is not safe to live in your landlord has a duty to rehouse you, at the very least you will get your deposit back.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
