update to "windows ultimate extra's"

Options
A little pop-up box told me I should do an update for "windows ultimate extra's" today, which I did. Could someone please tell me how I will know the difference, as so far I can't.

Are you running Windows Vista Ultimate?
If not your security could have been compromised.

Only Microsoft could produce an "Ultimate" version of something to which "Extras" can then be added.

Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:

As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

You will be familiar with the mathematical concept that there could be an infinite number of infinities? And no, Microsoft is not implicated in that...

I read somewhere of a mathematical concept that states some infinities are bigger than others.

Sort of; but I think the OP is more concerned that Vista may have an infinite number of bugs.

    :D

    Probably.

An infinite number of infinite bugs, perhaps?

    (Plus a few extra.) ;)

Makes me glad i have Leopard Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate all rolled into one simple name: Leopard.

People always go on about how apple sell over priced hardware - but noboody bats an eyelid when Redmond charges an extra £100 to get Ultimate!
