update to "windows ultimate extra's"

A little pop-up box told me I should do an update for "windows ultimate extra's" today, which I did. Could someone please tell me how I will know the difference, as so far I can't.

Makes me glad i have Leopard Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate all rolled into one simple name: Leopard.
People always go on about how apple sell over priced hardware - but noboody bats an eyelid when Redmond charges an extra £100 to get Ultimate!
