Just venting out my frustration actually -
After seeing various posts here about cashback for using re-usable nappies, i enquired with our council about this scheme over phone. They confirmed this and mailed me the form to claim the same.
So i went to mothercare with our little one and bought terry nappies and sent the original receipt along with duly filled-in form to the address in that form.
On 10th I received a phone call from district council saying that broxbourne county council is not participating in this cashback so they are returning the form :mad: and duly they sent back the claim form along with receipt by post today :mad:

If I were you, I'd go straight to my local councillor and complain! I think that all councils should be made to participate in this scheme!!
