Yes, it is.
Go for the top warranty, plug in all your details, then cancel out before payment.
They will ring you back next day with a 'tailored' price - usually 20% less, and they will offer your three months interest free credit too.
Also, its handy if you go to sell the car as you can transfer the warranty over to the next person, which could make selling it easier.
As long as you dont expect them to cover daft things - exhausts, brake pads, tyre wear, etc, they will be fine.0 -
If you search in this forum [or internet], you'll find several horror stories about how they refuse to pay out when claimed.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0

I know of a number of people with the comprehensive warranty direct cover who have no trouble with claims provided they go by the book.
Warranty direct even have a published and I think fair wear and tear policy.0
