I had a loan with this company and I have been advised to contact them to get a copy of the original loan agreement. Their office in Bracknell is now closed, does anyone know how to contact HSBC to get details I need?
Hsbc took over EPF and then closed it down shortly after making over 70 people jobless
any help would be very much appreciated

Hi there and welcome.
Use the address that Peter have posted in the above post, this should then be passed onto the correct department, it was the address I used.
Was it Endeavour that arranged and sold you the loan?
What year?

Hi there and Welcome.
Thinks there may have been changes within Endeavour the last year or 2, so that would also include contact details as well.
I did find this here:
Contact details

Registered Office
Beneficial House,
Easthampstead Road,
Bracknell,
RG12 1NS Phone 0845 300 3965

Any probs, let us know.
I would also try to keep everything in writing if you can.
If you require any help, give us a yell, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Was any of your loans with Endeavour taken out before Jan 2005?
Just wondered if on your paperwork who the insurers were?
On mine were Hamilton, but I want to double check on this as I also believe that they went to Norwich union.

Did anyone have any joy with these people. I opened a complaint regarding these with the ombudsman a couple of years ago and I still have had no joy with getting a refund for my PPI. There is nearly £5k that I could claim back and I really, really could do with the money...0

I think Di won with Hamilton, let the FOS deal with this, if you need any help when you get a response, then post up a new thread of your own and title it Endeavour.
It wouldn't hurt anything for you to do this now, Di may see this if the thread is on it's own and others may help you if they have had dealings with these.0
