Norton 'a little bit' naughty

I was aware and had been told by Norton that my annual subscription expires on Oct 9th and unless I turned off automatic renewal it would renew it automatically; fair enough. Since then I've been toying with the idea of switching to Kaspersky, however the decision was made for me when Norton informed me they'd automatically renewed my subscription! I think I'd already decide I would stay with Norton if they upgraded me to the much improved Norton IS 2010, so after being a bit miffed I was able to download the 2010 upgrade which is a lot nicer so I'm quite happy now.
