I got my invitation in this morning and it doesn't read this way, sorry.

The * bit at the bottom says £12 worth of points to spend in store for every £50 you spend. A total of 1200 points awarded when you spend £50 in a single transaction. Exclusions apply, see our showcard in store for more details.

I'd love it to be an extra 1200 points, but somehow I'm not so sure.
